Rising through that ranks of Londons Dubstep (a genre of electronic dance music that originated in South East London), James Blake started off as a DJ in various clubs. Influenced by the likes of DAngelo and Stevie Wonder along with Burial and Mount Kimbie, James Blake is known for injecting some soul into the genre of dubstep and he does just that on his self-titled debut.
