The Record Exchange accepts returns under limited circumstances (damaged shipments, defective products, etc.) Orders are processed at our store in Boise, Idaho. For return inquiries, please email The Record Exchange, or call the store at 208-344-8010 ext 5, and leave a message for our online sales dept.
Orders are processed on a daily basis, six times a week, and usually is processed that day, or the next day. We use the USPS to fulfill orders, mailed from our location in Boise ID. Items not in stock in our store are sometimes ordered from a third party and delivered by them, as the case dictates.
