Between 1968 and 2001, Perlman recorded 25 albums for DG and Decca - many of them classics - partnered by some of the greatest artists of his time, including Ashkenazy, Levine, Barenboim and more. With new liner notes, an introduction by Itzhak Perlman himself and recording sessions' photos, this set makes a fitting tribute to a great artist.
