Pretty. Odd. and the DVD assembles a tour documentary, assorted videos, an MTV short film and all that behind-the-scenes tomfoolery the girls love. Time will tell if Panic’s preteen audience follows them in their transition from ornate, cabaret-friendly power-pop to trippy, introspective Beatles worship.
