Led by Bobby Mansfield, who definitely gave Harvey Fuqua a run for his money, this Bronx vocal group should have been stars-but they were woefully under-recorded and under-promoted. Their Rama and Gee sides only totaled 14, and they're all here, with a grittier R&B edge than most of their fellow doo-woppers: Come Back My Love; Reckless; Betty Jean; Hey Girl, and more!
