Wolf HÖLLER has been the keyboardist and composer of the famous French Progressive rock band LA ROSSA, which only album "A Fury of Glass" (1983) has been reissued by the Musea label some years ago. "To Be..." (2003) is the name of a joint-venture between the German musician and Jean-Pascal BOFFO, famous French guitar player and sound engineer. With the assistance of Hervé ROUYER (ANGE drummer), WOLF creates eleven pop-rock songs displaying a wide range of influences and inspirations. It includes Celtic music, neo Progressive, blues and many others, from Mike OLDFIELD to THE WATERBOYS. With very intense vocals, somewhere between David BOWIE and Robert PLANT, he proves his ability to sing and play straightforward rock music. Violin and bagpipes parts are just brilliant, and all the musicians more than perfect. This album is an excellent surprise !
