HellAndBack from Cleveland (Ohio) with their debut "A Thousand Years" are not a typical US Metal band. With influences from Overkill, Metal Church and Flotsam & Jetsam, they have created a unique blend of US metal with progressive elements. With riff-driving melodies, such as in the tracks Soar, Atomic Ascending and Disobeying The Gods, to melodic choruses in Egyptian Bride, Scissors and the acoustic title track. The vocals cover a wide spectrum from aggressive to high vocals and perfectly fitting melodies. HellAndBack are vocalist Chris Harn, guitarists David Kirk (ex-SUNLESS SKY) and Matt Schostek, bassist Chris Barwise and drummer Robert Brandt. A real discovery if you love US Metal.
