An original Japan-only project, King Crimson 2015 presents the complete series of ten live performances from the band's landmark 2015 Japan tour. This first edition, Part 2, captures the electrifying opening-night concert at Tokyo's Orchard Hall on December 7, 2015, now released for the first time on a 2-disc SHM-CD set housed in an E-type gatefold cardboard sleeve. The performance radiates the unique intensity and anticipation of the tour's first day, featuring the "Millennium King Crimson" lineup that resumed activity in 2014 with a powerful three-drummer formation. The band delivered an extraordinary setlist rich with classic 1970s material, achieving a level of performance unmatched in Crimson's history. Mixed from the original digital master tapes by Alex Mundy, this special edition includes the Japanese pre-concert announcements and English introductions by Robert Fripp and the members - a rare document prepared exclusively for Japanese fans.
