This release presents the debut album originally released in 1972 by Scorpions, the hard rock band from Germany, newly issued as a 2026 mix commemorating the band's 60th anniversary, produced by Conny Plank with the 2026 mix by Hans-Martin Buff created from the original multitrack tapes recorded under Conny Plank, featuring the band's dark and psychedelic early sound and originally released on Brain, a representative German progressive rock label, and notable as the only Scorpions album to feature Michael Schenker as an official member, and this Japan-only SHM-CD edition includes interviews conducted in 2025 with Klaus Meine on vocals and Rudolf Schenker on guitar with translations provided.
