''Life Is Not a Waiting Room'' is the third studio album by American post-hardcore band Senses Fail, which was released on October 7, 2008. The entire album was released for stream on their MySpace, on October 1. The album charted on 18 in U.S. Billboard 200.

There are many ways to extol the virtues of carpe diem; this Jersey screamo quartet is wisely heeding the advice of their new platter’s title by being especially prolific. Waiting Room is their third LP since 2004. Should be interesting to see if they continue to explore subdued harmonies and spacier embellishments, à la predecessor Still Searching, whose "Calling All Cars" nevertheless captured the vintage tension of Samiam.
