Educated Horses is Rob Zombie's first album of all new material in almost five years. Zombie explains,"After working almost non-stop for two years on The Devil's Rejects, I needed a break. So I gathered together the finest band I've ever worked with and headed back into the studio."Educated Horses was produced by Zombie and producer Scott Humphrey (Metallica, Motley Crue). How the twisted exploitation revivalist behind The Devils Rejects finds time to whip out new platters is beyond us. Yet, here he is again, this time eschewing his techno/industrial fallbacks for straight-up, bare-bones metal. As for the title, we doubt its a response to Patti Smith, but a girl can dream, cant she?
