Katseye is a folk vocal duo from Ann Arbor, Michigan. We have been playing and singing together for more than 15 years. Our vocal blend has always been our signature feature and we do love to sing together. Kathy Wieland is a talented, witty, and thoughtful crafter of songs. Her music often explores the realities of women's lives with intelligence and humor- life happens and it's good when you can laugh. She also has an amazing ear for harmony and a crooked spin on other topics and genre's- listen to her tongue in cheek gospel tune on the CD. It was our desire to have her songs heard that started the CD ball rolling. We've recorded songs we really love and that mean something to us.
