''Dreaming of You'' is the last studio album recorded by Selena. It was first released on July 18, 1995, and re-released in 2002. ''Dreaming of You'' was going to enlist fourteen English tracks; only four tracks were recorded from late 1994 until March 14, 1995 due to Selena's death on March 31, 1995. The rest of the songs were planned on being recorded from March 31, 1995 until late April 1995 then to be released sometime in the summer of 1995. The album was a commercial success in the United States, where the album was certified 35x platinum (Latin type) by the RIAA for selling over 3.5 million copies.. The album also, spent 49 weeks on Billboard Charts in North America.
