Finnish Goth-rockers 69 Eyes' American debut combines Jyrki 69's Iggy Pop-Jim Morrison-sounding vocals with metal overtones and a dash of distinctly 1980s Euro-sounding keyboards. In an intriguing, commercial set that picks up where the Cult left off, "Devils" provides a Halloween fright-night soundtrack, while "Feel Berlin" conjures that city's mystery, energy and decadence over it's dark Euro-disco groove, and "Lost Boys" merges Billy Idol's snarl with Duran Duran's pop sheen.
