This is the most recent collaborative release (and first for Hydra Head) from two of Japan's most prolific and challenging artists. At times minimal and acoustic and at other times saturated with noise induced drone, this 60-minute track (in three movements) covers the spectrum of experimental music. Boris are the only living band (with the possible exception of Electric Wizard) who have mastered the art of out-Sabbathing Black Sabbath...only Boris have been able to consistently break on through that wall of rock into the experimental wasteland that lies beyond.
