Limited triple vinyl LP in gatefold sleeve. Greek black metal pioneers Rotting Christ are an international heavy metal institution. Lucifer over Athens, their 2015 live album, sees the legendary band at the height of their powers. Recorded in December 2013 in their home city of Athens, Lucifer over Athens is nothing short of triumphant and a testament to the band's unique power and magic. Rotting Christ are noted for being one of the first black metal bands within Greece, as well as a premier act within the European underground metal scene. They are also responsible for creating the signature Greek black metal sound prevalent in the early 1990s.
