Originally released in 1956 on Jazz West, it features Chambers with two his fellow bandmates from the Miles Davis Quintet, John Coltrane and Philly Joe Jones, along with pianist Kenny Drew. Featuring a well-rounded programme that includes Charlie Parker's 'Dexterity', Benny Goson's 'Stablemates, Cole Porter's 'Easy To Love', and Chamber's own composition'Visitation', the album also has the distinction of being the first record to include a composition by John Coltrane - 'John Paul Jones'. Includes the bonus Tracks 'Time Was' and 'Violets For Your Furs'.
