Leap of Faith is an album of folk grunge music. It is a story about life: the highest highs, the lowest lows, and everything in between. My favorite music has always been songs that I feel I've learned something from, and that is what I hope to write. At it's best, music inspires us, it calms and soothes us, it excites and drives us; and through all of it, it teaches us what it is to be human. Some people say "the best music tells a story," and that is also true, but I think the best stories are stories of all of us. I hope that any person on earth can listen to my songs and say "yes, I've been there, and that was how I felt." This album was many years in the making. My thanks go to my parents, my friends, my recording engineers Ed and Andy, and above all my spiritual community that has been my greatest inspiration and support.
