The members of Paradox let their creative juices flow in the winter of 2013, completing long-awaited recordings of songs that had only been played for a live crowd. Paradox represents the combination of many styles of music, the pursuit of advanced technique, and an open forum for musical exploration. While refining their craft in a dank Waterloo, Ontario basement, inspiration came from fresh and twice-baked ideas put into a melting pot. Stirring the cauldron was a long two-year process. The result is the self-produced, highly anticipated EP 'Better Late Than Never', aptly named for the diehard fans who longed for a way to relive the live Paradox experience. The music is influenced by jazz, latin music, and the full spectrum of rock from light to heavy, with personal touches from each of the members. A paradox is something that defies it's very definition; the band members come from modest, humble roots, and the energy poured into their music creates a force that surprises a first-time audience, every time.
